By uploading a photo and using The Virtual Photoshoot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The lookbook images produced by this service are artistic interpretations generated by AI. Results are creative renderings — not photographs — and may not be a perfect likeness. We make no guarantee of exact accuracy of appearance, and the generated images should not be used for identification, legal, or medical purposes.
Product links in your lookbook are Amazon affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, The Virtual Photoshoot earns a small commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Affiliate commissions help keep this service free.
You retain ownership of any photo you upload. By uploading it you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it through our AI pipeline for the sole purpose of generating your lookbook. We do not claim ownership of your image and do not use it for any other purpose.
If you choose to make your lookbook public, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display those AI-generated images on this site (e.g., in the public directory). You can request removal at any time by emailing us.
The Virtual Photoshoot is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, data loss, or service interruptions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
