What we collect
When you use The Virtual Photoshoot we collect:
- Your email address — used only to deliver your lookbook link.
- Your uploaded photo — sent to our AI image-generation provider (Fal.ai) to produce your styled looks, then deleted from our servers after processing.
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visits) — retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.
How we use it
- To generate and deliver your four styled lookbook images.
- To send you the one-time lookbook link via email.
- We do not use your email for marketing without your explicit consent.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Data retention
- Your uploaded photo is deleted from our servers immediately after the AI renders are complete.
- Your lookbook images are automatically deleted after 72 hours unless you choose to make your lookbook public.
- Public lookbooks are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.
Third parties
- Fal.ai — our AI image-generation provider. Your photo is transmitted to their API for processing. See fal.ai/privacy.
- Amazon Associates — product links in your lookbook are Amazon affiliate links. Clicking them does not share your personal information with Amazon beyond what your browser normally sends.
- Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, device types). No personal photo or email data is shared with Google.
Your rights
To request deletion of your data or ask any privacy questions, email us at wellsdm2002@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
